Boat Detailing
The interior of the boat is detailed much like a car, except we use different products and techniques for vinyl, mildew, removing cushions, carpet pieces and such. Everything is cleaned, wiped and disinfected including windows.
Once the interior is done, we can move to the outside and begin our four step process to renew the finish on the hull.
Boat Hull Compounding:
Step one: Powerwash and clean with boat detergent.
Step two: Machine buff hull with Marine Gel Coat cleaner, then hand buff to remove residue.
Step Three: Machine buff with Marine Gelcoat polish, then hand buff to remove residue.
Step Four: Machine apply Gel Coat Marine Wax, then hand buff to remove excess and leave a high gloss shine.
Pricing for boat compounding packages is based on length of the boat (x$10) from bow to stern. Detailing the interior is usually a flat rate of around $100 plus cushions.
We need a full day to do an entire inside/outside package on a boat.
