A "spot" constitutes as an area no more than 9 sq. ft. Larger areas will be considered a minimum hookup and charged accordingly.
Multiple small spots throughout an area or in several rooms will be at the discretion of the technician as per charges. To be discussed and agreed upon before beginning any work.
There is absolutely NO GUARANTEE as per removal of stains. Any cleaner that advertises a 100% removal guarentee is not being honest with you.
What we can promise is to use the best products, experience and equipment and in most cases we are quite successful. If not, we can always discuss carpet repairs as well.
