Pricing for residential carpet cleaning is based on the square footage of the carpet area being cleaned.  We do not charge for areas not being cleaned, such as under a bed which was not to be moved. Drying time can vary depending on how badly soiled the carpet is.  The heavier the dirt, the heavier the wash to get it clean. Average soiled carpets under well ventilated conditions usually take about four to six hours to completely dry.   Poorly ventilated areas may take longer.   Air conditioning, opening windows and  setting up any household fans will greatly increase the drying time. Commercial Carpet Cleaning Commercial Carpet cleaning methods work the same way as residential cleaning except that commercial establishments receive a special rate for their ongoing patronage. The more square footage, the lower your rate.  Special rates are also applied to commercial establishments that take on a regular carpet maintenance program.  Commercial accounts are set up and the business owners are allowed 30 days to pay for services.
