Employment

Do you have what it takes
to be an Expert?

Many have tried, few have succeeded.

Take that with a grain of salt.  I'm not trying to scare away any potential employees, but anyone even thinking about this profession needs to learn ASAP that this is not a job that anyone can do.  Think carefully and learn about the industry before accepting this job simply because you need to make money.

When someone comes into the shop and states  "I need a job"  or "I need to make money"  their chances of being hired are significantly reduced.  We have been in this game long enough to spot applicants that are not serious about their career, or what they do.  The difference with us is we do care
about what we do, it is the secret of our success, not only in business, but in life.

If you just want a job, go apply at a fast food joint.

When asked how to summon up this entire career in one quick sentence I would have to say "It's hard work, but rewarding".  The problem with most people we hire is that they think the rewards come first.  It takes time and a lot of hard work to build up a decent career and income.  You have to be prepared to pay the price before the money and benefits come rolling in.

Nobody gave it all to us for nothing and it certainly wont happen that way for you.

Still interested?  Well, if you made it this far down the page without closing your browser then you have already shown more initiative and courage than 90% of our job applicants who expect time off right away, a paycheque up front but cant even return with a completed application form.

I apoligize for sounding pessimistic, but there seems to be nobody out there with a decent work ethic, a high level of intelligence and a willingness to build a career and a future for themselves.   We need people that not only have an interest in developing skills and knowledge in this industry, but have the ability to see beyond their next paycheque.   To date NOBODY has been able to fill those shoes.  Maybe you could be the first?   If you really things so, then come to the shop and tell me why.   Simply firing off a well worded email will only convince us you dont want to get out of the chair you are sitting in right now.

With all that said, I can honestly say that we would like nothing more than someone to join up and prove me wrong.  To prove they have the ability to apply themselves, the resolve to survive the lean times and the intelligence to acheive their goals.  Prove me wrong and I will show you not just a job, but a career, a life, and a future.  And yes, once you get there,  there will be plenty of income too.
