No.   Being an expert technician goes far beyond the simple ability to do work.  We are looking for people who are fast learners, intensely interested in the science of cleaning and have a strong work ethic to back it up.  A rarity yes, but then again, so are we. On top of being bright and enthusiastic about building a career with us, you need to be in excellent physical condition.  This is not a light labour job, and we don't mind telling applicants right up front.  If you are looking for light work, this is not the career for you. Be prepared for a good days work for a good days pay. This kind of dedication and personal commitment does not go without rewards, which far exceed any of the "easy jobs" that so many young people tend to prefer these days. "Easy jobs" dont last.  This one does.

Most cleaning companies will hire anyone that walks through the door, toss a cleaning tool in their hand and show them where the "on" switch is. You will not find that here.  Your training is long and intense.  You will eventually attend professional schools and earn certifications to add to your resume, ability and personal confidence, not only in yourself, but the confidence customers will have in you. We know that almost all applicants will "tell us what we want to hear" but we are more interested in "seeing what we want to see".  Do you have what it takes?  We can teach the skills you need to become a fully certified technician, whether it be an assistant for inplant and truckmount operations all the way to an independant road technician. Fully trained and hired staff earn $15 to $20 per hour full time. (Pending completion of probationary period and training) You will never earn that kind of salary working in a donut shop!
